Privacy policy
Short version: your statements and files never leave your device. We count visits and conversions anonymously, and that’s it.

Your files
Every conversion runs in your web browser. When you choose or drop a file, it is read on your device, converted there, and the result is saved straight to your device. Files, their contents, their names and any PDF password you type are never sent to us or to anyone else. Close the tab and they’re gone from the page.
What we collect
We use privacy-friendly analytics without cookies (a self-hosted Umami instance and Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count page views and a few anonymous events: the kind of file opened (for example “pdf”), the format downloaded (for example “qbo”), a rough row count (for example “21–100”), whether the balance check passed, and why a file couldn’t be read. These events never include anything from the file itself: no names, payees, amounts, account numbers or file names.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes visitors’ IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, under its own privacy policy. The pages are static files; there is no BankToRows server that receives your data.
